1. Scope

These Terms of Service apply to all orders and purchases made through our online shop. By using our online shop, you agree to these terms.

3. Ordering process and conclusion of contract

By submitting an order through our online shop, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected products. After submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order. This confirmation email does not yet constitute acceptance of your offer; it is for information only.

A purchase contract is concluded only when we dispatch the ordered products to you and send you a shipping confirmation by email. The contract covers only the products listed in the shipping confirmation.

4. Prices and payment terms

The prices shown in our online shop are in Swiss francs (CHF) and include statutory VAT. Prices are displayed in accordance with the Swiss Price Indication Ordinance (PBV). Shipping within Switzerland is free of charge.

Payment can be made by credit card, TWINT, Apple Pay or Google Pay. We reserve the right not to offer certain payment methods and to refer you to other payment methods.

5. Delivery and transfer of risk

The ordered products are delivered within the period stated in the shipping confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery address and product. The risk of accidental loss or accidental deterioration of the goods passes to you upon handover to the shipping service provider. Further details are set out on our shipping page.

6. Retention of title

The delivered products remain the property of Nomadik GmbH until full payment has been received.

7. Warranty

The statutory provisions on warranty for defects under the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR) apply. If a delivered product is defective, you are entitled to your statutory rights. Please report any defects within a reasonable period after discovery to info@nomadikthread.com.

Any further liability for damage that might arise from the use of the products is excluded, unless we are guilty of intent or gross negligence.

8. Returns

In addition to the statutory warranty for defects, we voluntarily grant a return option. You will find the details in our separate return policy on this website.

9. Data protection

We process your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy. Please read it to understand how we protect and use your data.

10. Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. The current version is available on our website. Contracts already concluded are governed by the version in force at the time the contract was concluded.

11. Final provisions

Swiss law applies exclusively, to the exclusion of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract is the registered seat of Nomadik GmbH, to the extent permitted by law.

Should individual provisions of these terms be or become invalid, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
