Below you will find our shipping terms with information about the delivery of our products.

1. Delivery area

We ship exclusively within Switzerland and to the Principality of Liechtenstein. We are unable to fulfil orders with a delivery address outside this area.

2. Shipping costs

There are no shipping costs for deliveries within Switzerland and to Liechtenstein. Shipping is free of charge.

3. Delivery times

The estimated delivery time is usually 2-5 working days. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may depend on unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping and transfer of risk

Shipping is carried out via Swiss Post (Die Post) or a comparable Swiss carrier. The risk of accidental loss or accidental deterioration of the goods passes to you upon handover to the carrier.

5. Delivery address

Please make sure that the delivery address you provide is complete and correct so that delivery can proceed smoothly. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by inaccurate or incomplete address details.

6. Order tracking

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us with the relevant tracking information, which you can use to follow the status of your shipment online.
