Return Policy

Swiss law does not provide a general statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases. Nevertheless, Nomadik GmbH voluntarily grants you the following return option as a goodwill gesture.

1. Return period

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving the goods. To do so, please contact us at info@nomadikthread.com and let us know your order. We will then inform you of the next steps for the return.

2. Condition of the goods

Returned goods must be unused and in resaleable condition. All tags and the original packaging must be present and intact. Please include a copy of the invoice or delivery note with your return.

3. Refund

Once we have received and checked the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days to the same payment method you used for your original purchase. Depending on the payment provider, it may take some time for the refund to appear in your account.

4. Return shipping costs

You bear the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.

5. Statutory warranty

Your statutory rights under the warranty for defects pursuant to the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR) remain unaffected by this voluntary return policy.
