- Where does Nomadik ship and what does shipping cost?
- We ship exclusively within Switzerland and to the Principality of Liechtenstein. Shipping is free: there are no shipping costs.
- Can I return an item?
- Yes. Swiss law has no statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases, but we voluntarily grant you a 14-day return option from receipt of the goods. The goods must be unused and in resaleable condition. To arrange a return, write to us at info@nomadikthread.com.
- Which payment methods are accepted?
- You can pay by TWINT, credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) and include statutory VAT.
- What materials are the products made of and where do they come from?
- We work with natural materials: leather, baby alpaca, linen, and cotton. Our pieces are made by hand in small family workshops, and some of the leather comes from Bolivia.
- How do I find the right size?
- Our apparel follows the usual sizing logic from XS to XL. You will find a general orientation on our size guide. For the exact measurements of a specific piece, feel free to write to us at info@nomadikthread.com.
- How do I care for my Nomadik pieces?
- Natural materials last a long time when cared for well. On our care page you will find advice for leather, baby alpaca, linen, and cotton. Always follow the sewn-in care label as well.
- How long does delivery take?
- The estimated delivery time is usually 2 to 5 working days within Switzerland. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
